Description
Multi-Segment Arc Tile Magnet for High-Performance Permanent Magnet Motors Ganci is able to manufacture multi-segment arc tile sintered permanent magnets according to customers drawings and technical specification requirements. Multi-segment Arc magnet can be manufactured using different grades of NdFeb materials, such as N48H, N52SH, N40UH. The coating can be zinc plating, Ni-Cu-Ni plating or other coatings according to customer requirements.
Multi-Segment Arc Tile Magnet is a high-performance NdFeB arc magnet designed for premium permanent magnet motors. By dividing one magnetic pole into 2–4 precision arc segments, this design overcomes the magnetic field distortion and dimensional limitations of traditional integral arc magnets.
